I’m delighted to announce that CDB Scenery Design has released another Caribbean scenery pack, featuring Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (TUPJ) on Beef Island (BVI). Although my contribution was limited to an adjustment to the default XP terrain mesh and an Ortho4XP-patch this time, I’m really happy to have been part of this project and to have helped Cami De Bellis to bring another and one of the Caribbean’s most charming gateways to life in X-Plane 12.

Located in the heart of the British Virgin Islands, Beef Island is a small yet spectacular island. Surrounded by turquoise waters, coral reefs, and islands with lush green hills, the scenery package captures the very essence of the Caribbean. As the gateway to the archipelago, Beef Island welcomes visitors heading to the nearby islands, sailing destinations, and secluded beaches. For virtual pilots, it is the perfect setting to start an unforgettable island-hopping adventure.

Situated on Beef Island, Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport is the main air gateway to the British Virgin Islands, and its single runway connects the island with neighboring Caribbean destinations. Nestled between the sea and surrounding islands, the airport offers a distinctive approach and a memorable arrival: Whether flying a regional turboprop or exploring the Caribbean on a VFR flight, Cami’s latest scenery pack offers scenic beauty and authentic character.

Main features: Highly detailed rendition of Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport; Detailed building objects, incl. terminal and tower interiors; Ground traffic vehicles and other dynamic objects; Custom buildings for the surroundings; 4K and 2K PBR textures; Highly accurate dynamic lighting across the entire airport, incl. terminal, hangars, and other auxiliary buildings; Accurate vegetation placement; High-quality ground textures; Orthophoto coverage for the airport area; Customized X-Plane 12 default mesh by Maps2XPlane (Ortho4XP-patch included)

Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport by CDB Scenery Design is now available in the Org Store.
